No, you can just show up in the morning with your stuff and pay for your space then, as long as it is not food and as long as there are still spaces available.
You can sell New Stuff, Used Stuff, Promote Your Business or Provide Services On-Site. (Please see Below for Prohibited Items)
You can show up as early as 1.5 hours before the gates open to the public and any time throughout the event as long as there are still spaces available.
All food products, prepared or not, need to have a County Food Vendors Permit. Food Vendors Need to Notify us AT LEAST 4 Days in Advance so that we can Submit Their Information to the County Before Each Event.
No, not at this time. If you need water or power for your booth you will need to provide it. Generators will be allowed in designated area.
The Event is in an open air market in the fairground parking lot. You will need to provide for your own shade.

Sellers/Vendors to show up no more than 1 hour before gates open. Late comers are WELCOME!
All food vendors need to contact SWAP-SELL before reserving a space.
All Large Single Items will be measured at time of arrival and charged then. Please download and fill out all Vendor Forms before arriving.

Prohibited Items:
- No selling of pornographic material.
- Selling firearms or ammunition is strictly prohibited.
- The selling of counterfeit merchandise is strictly prohibited.
- No selling of animals or reptiles.
- No selling of alcoholic beverages or controlled substances.
- No selling of flammable or petroleum products in containers larger than one (1) gallon.
Food Vendors:
- Food vendors must receive permission from Swap-Sell to participate in the Event.
- They must be licensed and permitted appropriately by County Environmental Health.
- No other vendors will be allowed to sell food or beverages of any kind.
All Vendors must:
- Provide their own tables, tents, etc., if needed.
- Vehicles shall not move within the Event area during Event hours without express permission and guidance of Swap-Sell staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness of their booths and of the area directly in front of their booths.
- Must remove all of their garbage, boxes and other debris from the site, and leave the space in the same condition as when they arrived.
- Keep all of their products, merchandise, possessions, etc. within the boundaries of their assigned space.
- Must minimize noise so as not to disturb other vendors and visitors.
Smoking is prohibited at the site, as is the consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages or controlled substances.
Due to the family atmosphere of the event, the management reserves the right to reasonably restrict the sale or display of any items in order to maintain a proper moral and wholesome environment.
